Guest Access:
This apartment is proudly hosted by Airtrip. The check-in / key pickup would be from our Office located on Manning Street in South Brisbane where all the different elements of the place you have booked would be explained. All further details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.
We will give guests key so you can swipe card can access the pool and BBQ area for free! Please do not hesitate to contact us through if you have questions!

Situated at South Bank, has direct access to Brisbane’s major entertainment precinct including the Convention & Exhibition Centre, Queensland Gallery of Modern Art, The Queensland Performing Arts Centre, the Museum & Science Centre as well as being centrally located to Southbank Parklands, West End, Suncorp Stadium and the Brisbane CBD.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.
Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
Please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out. This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.
