"The cost of this property was more than expected - there are hidden payments that you dont get any option regarding. Listing says they accept cash, but they dont, and their payment system automatically adds approx 3% extra. it says deposit will be held but not deducted - it gets deducted and no recompense for the 3% returned. This property did not feel very clean - the carpets had stains all over them, as did the couch. There was old stinky rubbbish in the garage that had obviously been there...

"The beds were clean but the property is NOT as pictured. The lush vegetation has been considerably reduced but there was dead leaves and debris all over outside. This property is on a busy street and the large windows have only broken window blinds/coverings which leaves you very exposed with no privacy. The floors were filthy. While the bathrooms were clean-ish, they clearly hadn't been scrubbed between guests. There were holes in the walls that were patched with Christmas wrapping paper, not...
