"Our room had a musty smell and they didn’t offer much as compensation. We liked the service and the beach. The staff at the beach worked super hard. Kirk at the main door was helpful with taxi’s etc. very friendly and worked hard. Prices for food were typical for a resort… pricey. The service overall was excellent. Everyone at the hotel worked very hard and efficiently. Maintenance and house keeping were quick and helpful. "

"Loved starting here! The hotel was high end and very clean. It is located right on the water. The pool chairs overlook the pool and ocean. "Very clean, modern looking property. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond. Free breakfast every morning was great. Location is good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Beach access is minimal and very rocky, but governors beach is a few minutes down the road and is beautiful. The hotel has a shuttle, and also has beach chairs you can use to take to other beaches. Definitely would recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful property! Was hoping to shore dive but due to high surf they take the dock out in winter months. Glad we had a car as it’s pretty secluded compared to 7 mile beach. But nice and quite more our vacation speed. Diner and lunch at the restaurant were delicious and the staff was very friendly."

"This was our second time at this resort. Overall we loved it. There are a few things we would change: More chairs by the water. People get up at 6:00 am and put towels on the chairs so no one else can sit in them but they don’t sit in them for hours. It is hard to get them. Secondly, the second bedroom had two twin beds. The photos show them together as if they were a queen. Housekeeping quickly came up and “fixed” the beds by pushing them together so our family slept poorly all week on a split...

Too bad it closed on 8/31/16 seocndary to a new management and for renovations.Great location by Seven Mile Beach; other hotels are walkable. Clean roooms/ suites. 10 minute ride to GeorgeTown. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Con: only one restaurant available and one bar. Maybe this would be improved in the future. "

"Wonderful condo complex right on seven mile island beach. Lisa, the manager, met us at the apartment on arrival and gifted us a bottle of wine. She was great as well as daily housekeeping crew. Beautiful 3 BR condo with full kitchen few steps from beach making going back and forth with baby easy. Complex has plentiful beach lingers/chairs, umbrellas and trees for shade if desired. Floating devices also available. Great location for very reasonable price."
