Nestled in the northwoods of Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula, the Rustic Moose Lakefront Retreat is the perfect setting for your next getaway! This cabin is perfect for a couple, a family, or a friends' weekend! Beds, sofa bed, and TV are located in the upstairs loft bedroom. Downstairs, the kitchenette features a table and chairs with small refrigerator and plenty of countertop appliances. Same day laundry service is available at an additional charge.

Enjoy amenities like beach access for relaxing on a private beach, swimming, use of kayaks, and a stunning lakefront view! Minutes from the Sault and about an hour from Whitefish Point and Tahquamenon Falls, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy year round. Snowmobile /side-by-side trail access is just 1-1/2 miles away, and parking is available for snowmobile trailers.

Please note that other buildings on the property may be occupied by the owners or other guests. There is a designated area on the beach specifically for the Rustic Moose guests.

Super-responsive hosts
This is a cozy place, and there's just one sleeping area with several beds. It's comfortable and quiet. Just a microwave for cooking and a very small fridge, so plan accordingly! The location was perfect for us and Lake Superior was warm and calm and beautiful. I loved sitting and watching the freighters. Make sure to get yourself to the Sugar Daddy bakery, recommended by our host and worth the trip!
