"Great location, great views, great communication. What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality. The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue. I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that...

"This is an older style property in an awesome location. The kitchen is new. The couches and blinds were brand new. To have 3 bedrooms, bay views from the living room, and the ability to walk around Williamstown was awesome!"
