"Being greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie was a great start to our stay. The room was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in Europe! Clean and quiet. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to a number of restaurants."

"The lovely lady on Reception on arrival even helped carry out bags as we were so weary. Unfortunately, due to that weariness, I didn't get her name but working the night if 22/3. Also Receptionist is the morning very good respjnse to feedback given about cleaning staff knocking on door and entering before chrck out time. Both very nice, professional women."

"Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the spa but feel there are not enough changing rooms for busier sessions. Meal in restaurant was tasty. Staff were polite, professional and helpful. Would be happy to stay again if we are ever in that area."
