"We had a fabulous stay here in late September and were really happy, overall, especially for the price. Grocery store nearby, easy walking distance to the Arena and Old Town. Jelena, the host, was fantastic. Very kind and accommodating with a different, local breakfast each morning. Really appreciated the clothes washing machine in the room. AC worked well. Parking not as easy as I hoped but we got it done. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. Overall we would recommend staying here, but a few things to note: 1. the room did not have full blinds. While the harbour view was wonderful during the day, it was quite bright at night. "This property is located 10 in walk from the ferry port, 5 min walk from the amphitheater, 5 min walk to the kastel, and 4 min walk to the forum. The owner was very easy to reach over WhatsApp, was very good to communicate and work with. The appartment itself is an epidemy of cleanliness and convenience. "Ronald is a very kind and thoughtful host. He met us at the apartment and gave very clear instructions on how everything worked. The apartment was just as described, attractive and very comfortable. "Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!"

"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

"The owner has 3 apartments in this small building facing the sea. Make sure you are renting the right one for you as the adv could be clearer. The apartments have been renovated to a good standard and are well equipped. The owner is helpful and friendly. A 3 minute walk along the coastal path brings you into the harbour and cafes.
