Sillwood House is minutes walk from anywhere in Brighton. Walking distance to Hove, the Beach, the City Centre, Kemp Town, the Lanes and the station is a short walk.
The property is newly decorated and arranged over 5 levels, with basement large open plan kitchen and dining area, leading to a terrace with chairs.
The ground floor has large lounge and guest bathroom and closet space.
First floor leads to 5 bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms, guest bathroom and a third bathroom on the 2nd floor.
The property has a wow factor from the moment you walk through the door. Large rooms, high ceilings, modern and contemporary decor. An east meets west theme. That you will feel at home in.
The beach is 2 minutes away, so very close to have fun. Bars, restaurants, kids playground, and parks all nearby.

At the rear of the property, we have an outside space of the kitchen area and a roof terrace that can be used.

Our stay at 20 Sillwood Road, Brighton
The property was as advertised, very good and very well cleaned when we arrived. It is only about 200 yards to the beach and many local bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay and room enough for 5 adults and 4 children.

What a smashing place to stay for conference at Brighton Centre - clean as a whistle. Excellent kitchen diner, where the group spent most of our time together. All rooms were spot on. We'll stay here again.

Great house, great location, very well equipped, good heating and hot water. Spotlessly clean. We had a flickering light and that was dealt with straight away. The kitchen was a great meet up place and perfect for our group of 5 old friends. The beds are comfy and the bed linen and towels are good quality. The 2 en-suite rooms are lovely, although the showers are small and one of our party had difficulty in controlling the temperature. The other 3 bedrooms share 2 toilets and a bathroom with a small shower between them.- so that’s why it’s 4* not 5*. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This house is fantastic our whole party absolutely loved it. The kitchen is great for a large get together and so well equipped, Comfy cozy lounge but enough seats for us all. We stayed in Sillwood house with the family for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and the house was perfect! The property was clean, tidy and had lovely decor. Very close to the seafront and in a great location with lovely restaurants and bars in close proximity! Tania the host was at the property when we arrived to show us around the property and was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend!!
