With free on/off street parking and regular buses into the town centre just 2 minutes away, this is the perfect place to stay in Brighton for a weekend getaway or longer break.

Whether you’re here to enjoy Brighton’s famous beaches, vibrant nightlife or scenic countryside adventures, our home offers the best of both worlds.

From the front bedroom window you can see the sea (15 min drive) and from the back, you can look out to the South Downs.

With WiFi and smart tv, you can stream your favourite shows after a long day exploring all that Brighton has to offer.

Step outside to a spacious private garden, ideal for summer BBQs, morning coffees or relaxing in the sun after a day of adventure. With Brighton Beach just 15 minutes away by bus or car and the stunning South Downs just a few steps from the back door, you’ll have the best of both worlds—coastal charm and countryside adventure.

We have off road and free street parking (a rarity in Brighton) in a quiet residential area.
