BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles parked in the garage only. There is a road in front of the house and parking is not allowed outside the garage. Please call to inquire about garage size.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

This stylish home in Silver Fork has EVERYTHING! Honeycomb View is a gorgeous custom build with all the comforts one expects in a luxury mountain home. Situated high on the sunny bench of Silver Fork just 1 mile from Solitude Resort and 3.4 miles from Brighton! Entertain in comfort with high ceilings, large windows, and a show-stopping 400-square-foot cantilevered deck on top of the world! Grill and entertain on the spacious deck, cozy up and relax in front of one of the 4 stone fireplaces (3 gas 1 wood), or take a soak in the newly installed hot tub on the lower patio. Honeycomb View is the perfect location to get away from it all.
MAIN FLOOR:
-Living Room- This floor features huge windows, lovely views, and an open floor plan. A 50" TV provides the entertainment, while a comfy sectional couch and a beautiful custom-built stone wood-burning fireplace bring comfort.
-Kitchen- Plenty of prep space, cooking tools, and dining ware to keep everyone full and happy!
-Dining Area- Enjoy your meals at the dining table (seats 8) in front of a gas fireplace! There are also 5 seats at the breakfast bar.
-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with shower lies just off the kitchen.
UPSTAIRS (Primary Suite):
-Primary Bedroom- You'll find a king-sized bed and 42" TV in this unique lofted primary suite. The bedroom is partially open to the living room below (see pictures) but still maintains its privacy.
-Primary Bathroom- A luxurious bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
-Laundry Room #1- A full-sized washer and dryer are contained in a room off the primary bedroom entry. Detergent provided!
DOWNSTAIRS:
-Private Guest Studio- A large, open room with ensuite full bathroom as well as kitchenette! A king bed rests against one wall, while a queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the middle of the room in front of a TV. A gas fireplace is opposite the king bed. The kitchenette features all the typical kitchen amenities (even a dishwasher!).
-Lower Living Room- Featuring a wet bar, foosball table, TV and board games, this is the entertainment hub of the house! There is another Queen sleeper sofa in this room as well.
-Twin Beds Guest Room- 2 twin beds and electric fireplace off the living room area.
-Queen Guest Room- A queen bed and electric fireplace off the living room area.
-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with combo shower/tub sits in between the 2 bedrooms.
-Laundry Room #2- Another full-sized washer and dryer live downstairs in a room off the wet bar area.
PATIO AND DECK ACCESS:
-Patio- The patio features a private hot tub!
-Deck- The accommodating upper deck holds a gas grill and outdoor table with seats for 6.
