Beautiful little apartment centrally located in the heart of everything! It was really handily situated close to the University for my conference and within easy walking distance of the beach, pier, lanes and other attractions. I can imagine the location being a little too noisy at night for some and the flat only has traditional single glazed sash windows; however, since I was looking to enjoy the nightlife of Brighton myself while I was here, this wasn't an issue. The local eateries were amazing with special mention to the amazing Social Board sandwich shop which produced the best steak sandwich of my life! (Other eateries are also available!) Arrival instructions were spot on, keys were easily available and on arrival the flat was spotless and beautifully presented. Facilities were excellent and there wasn't anything else I felt I needed for my stay. I'd happily recommend to friends and family and will definitely look to stay here again if I'm ever in Brighton in the future. One slight niggle ... Parking ... There's none ... In the whole of Brighton! So, not a criticism of the flat, but something visitors should be aware of and budget for accordingly ... Or use the Train! =) Otherwise, a Tip Top Trip! Thanks for helping make my 2 day trip so special! =D
