CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
You will no doubt enjoy the spacious kitchen and dining area with electric cooking, fridge and microwave provided as well as dishwasher to make washing up a breeze. The large dining table can comfortably seat all guests and directly accesses the outdoor area for al fresco dining.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The dining room flows seamlessly to the large lounge with ample seating for all guests and a smart TV & DVD player.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a large reverse cycle heating/cooling unit in the dining room which services the entire downstairs area and a split system air conditioner to cover the upstairs area. Ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms (bunk room does not have a ceiling fan).
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet. The second upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The addition of a downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity is a welcome bonus.
OUTDOORS
A small private courtyard can be accessed from the dining area which leads on to a fully fenced grassed area. An outdoor setting all and a gas BBQ means you can enjoy the outdoors before retiring inside.
PET POLICY
Remys Retreat has a strict NO PET policy.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a clothesline behind the single garage.
PARKING
There is parking available at the property as well as a single lock up garage.
