CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The immaculate open plan kitchen-dining makes this home the ultimate place to congregate with family and friends. The dining table seats 12 people comfortably.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
A large "L" shaped lounge with bean bags is great for families of all ages – a great place to gather by the large wall-mounted TV, chat by the fire or to chill out on your phone. The TV is already connected to Netflix, or you can tune in on your own devices using the high-speed WIFI.
