"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"This is a self serve property. This does not suit us. First the directions on hotels.com were incorrect. Second when you are told a key will be sent we do not imagine an electronic message and codes. This delayed our entry to the property by 1hr. As it was raining the next morning having to go out for breakfast at a nearby cafe was also not convenient. "

"Our stay at Villa Venere was fantastic! Luca is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful whenever you need anything, and he makes sure you have everything you need and more. The house was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, solitary and relaxing with amazing views of the surrounding area. "Did not even come close to our expectations. We checked in just to have somewhere to catch our breath and look for alternative accommodation. Left without talking to the host as we didn't want to waste any more time there. It was a converted garage and the so called courtyard was non excistent as your car needed to be parked in what was in fact the driweway."
