Ted’s Place offers ramped access and ground floor accommodation. The open-plan living space has been carefully planned out with a contemporary kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. The breakfast bar offers plenty of seating for four. On an evening relax on one of the two sofas that surround a Freeview TV. An electric fire provides a cosy atmosphere for the cooler winter months. Patio doors flood this main living area with natural light and give access to the seating area and hot tub to the rear of the property. With additional seating this offers the perfect spot for an al fresco breakfast or perhaps a delicious home cooked evening meal. End the day immerse in bubbles in the private hot tub for a spot of star gazing.
A short drive will bring you to the golden sands of Bridlington South Beach and Fraisthorpe Beach both of which are dog friendly. Bridlington town offers a plethora of tea rooms, shops, restaurants and pubs. From a short drive to Bridlington if you are an early riser take a trip down to the harbour and watch the trawlers land their latest catch. From there take a stroll down the promenade, enjoy a ride on the land train or book tickets and enjoy a show at the Spa which offers a full programme of events throughout the year. This area is a haven for walker and cyclists alike with miles of footpaths and cycle routes to explore both on the coast and inland within the Yorkshire Wolds. Filey and Scarborough are just up the coast, and the historic walled City of York is under an hour’s drive away as is the majestic beauty of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. A local shop is within walking distance. All other amenities are a short drive. Throughout the summer months a park and ride service is available.
