"The first night , had a bit of an inconvenience, the heat wasnt working in the room so I had to switch rooms , which the receptionist was very nice and respectful about it. Two things that kin of sucked when I stayed was paying for parking was just crazy, and you also had a deposit of $50 each night you stayed. Those were the only things that sucked. Other than that, I would honestly stay here again , despite those dislikes. For the fact that i felt at home"

"The service was amazing very attentive, friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "
