"2nd time staying here, the suite last time was perfection, this room showed a little age but was very, very comfortable. Only issue really was the closet doors to entrance doors - nice touch, but moving a suitcase dolly thru the space was awkward. Elevators seemed to have some issues but got us up and down. Will definitely plan to stay again."

"This is the 2nd time I stayed here in the past year. The building appears recently remodeled and in a nice clean well kept condition. The front desk lady and all other personnel working here are nice and ready to offer their helps when needed. "

"I booked this hotel while driving into a snow storm. I was fortunate to find this beautiful location. The staff was great! Clearly not expecting the amount of people descending on them but they handled everything very well. The room my daughter and I had was perfect! Clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The shower was great and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. I do wish there were onsite food options but there were several options within walking distance. We would stay there again if we were ever in the area again. "

"Unlike my usual Terrific stay at Microtel Hotels, this time I was lucky to enjoy a shower, and bath at the same time as the tub began to fill with water, while the shower ran. Were I not preparing to leave for an appointment, this may have been a new experience--I like trying new things--but at 5am, this Shower/Bath was Not as Exciting as you Might Imagine. I Can't imagine how the prior guest, cleaning staff, or Hotel Mgmt Could have missed this, Since it is Clearly a Plumbing Issue that hadn't happened suddenly---Someone knew the Shower Was Not Working , and No One Reported it. As Hotel Guests, We Must be Mindful of other Guests Who come After Us. If Something is Broken, we Must Report it. And as Hotel Owners, You must have Your Staff Check your Property Regularly. When something is Not Working Properly, Fix It! Clearly, There is enough blame to go around. Unfortunately, at that moment, all I really wanted was a shower, in a Clean room, I paid for. "
