The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with hard surface countertops, a large sink, and a full suite of appliances. Coffee, glass & plastic dishes and drinkware, & spices provided. When it's time to eat, choose from any combination of tables to include: four at breakfast nook, four stools at countertop, six in the dining room and up to eight outdoors.

This one-story home sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, each equipped with a smart television for streaming from your favorite Firestick app platforms.
The private, primary king bedroom with direct covered patio access offers lake views and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, separate walk-in shower and jetted spa tub. Guests have plenty of storage space in a large walk-in closet and six-drawer dresser. A writing desk and chair are provided for those not able to disengage from work responsibilities.
The secondary king bedroom offers lake views and a chest of drawers and closet for guests' belongings. The bunk bedroom offers two (2) separate standard twin-over-queen built-in bunk beds with a chest of drawers and closet for guests' belongings. Kids' toys and books provided. A fourth queen bedroom is located off the living room. Three guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Start the day with fresh coffee on the 600 sq ft deck that stretches the length of the home with panoramic lake views, multiple covered & uncovered seating areas, including three single chaise chairs for sunbathing. Head down to your covered dock for fishing, swimming or other lake activities. Bring your own boat for sun-kissed afternoons on the lake; end the day with ease as you tie off. Two swing chairs, a kayak & paddle board provided. Make use of the propane grill and cookout. End perfect vacation days roasting marshmallows around the wood-burning firepit. Wood not provided.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Front access to the home is at ground level. Rear access to lake and fire pit via a short flight of exterior stairs from home exterior & deck. Ramp leads to dock.
Located on the West Fork Trinity River, Lake Bridgeport is nearly 12,000 acres, 170 miles of shoreline, and 85-feet max depth, and known for large, small, white & palmetto bass, catfish, crappie & sunfish fishing. A public boat ramp is less than a mile from the home. Other outdoor activities abound nearby, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Less than a mile from Runaway Bay Golf Club & Resort. A 15-minute drive to Brookshire's for groceries or to quaint shops, eateries, and distilleries and breweries of downtown Bridgeport. Recommended nearby activities provided prior to check in.
All areas of the home are accessible to guests excluding the locked hallway linen closet & laundry room cabinets.
Please Note: CLEAN, DRAIN AND DRY your boat, trailer, livewells/bait buckets, and other gear before traveling to another water body to avoid spreading zebra mussels.
This lake is a source of water for Eagle Mountain Lake & Lake Worth. Be sure to check water levels, as they can fluctuate an average of 12 feet annually and may impact the ability to tie off your watercraft at the provided dock due to Highway 380 bridge. If fishing, state law requires you have a license unless under age 17. Buy your license online. 100% of your license fees go toward conservation efforts and secures the future of fishing in Texas.
