"The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication. She was always available for any questions. The apartment is very homey, cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and it has everything you might need. "The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend!"
