"Old world grandeur on the outside, set in its own grounds away from towncentre hub bub. Presenting spaciousness on the inside with staff attentive to the level of service expected by their customers in a 4* hotel. We had looked at images of the hotel, what you see and hope for is what you get. We were not disappointed with any part of our stay. Breakfast had a good choice and staff only too happy to assist. "We used Granville as our hub to explore the Normandy area in France. We rented a car and stayed at Hotel des Bains for five nights. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our adult son along so we book the "Superior Family Room side sea view" which was excellent. Our son had his own area with a privacy curtain. Our balcony looked over the sea. We had a great stay."
