"I didn't realize it, and the reservation was for a nearby city, so I arrived without a reservation. A young man at the hotel named Matt helped me. It took a long time. We called Expedia almost eight times, and no one helped us until we found Pedro Gonzales from Expedia. That young man was very special. He helped me solve my problems like an angel from God. Technology is difficult when you're my husband's age and mine. I hope to find many more Pedros like him, and Expedia should take this man as an example. I say the same to Matt from Super 8; I know we'll never forget him."

Low toilet...kinda strange...seems like most hotels have the tall ones.. but not a big deal. I really appreciated the lighting in the room. It was bright and pleasant Comfortable bed too. "

"Oak Cabin was a nice little stay near the center of Albert Lea. It is close to the lake and the hospital. I stayed here for work a work trip and loved it. the kitchen was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the bathtub was perfect for soaking! Plenty of extra blankets for cold days, as well as a tv and a cabinet full of books and boardgames. I would absolutely stay here again. "
