"The hotel is very charming and the staff are really helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt very welcome there. The location is super central, easy to get to, and walkable to all the main tourist spots, with great restaurants right nearby. I really appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout until I had to go to the airport. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit."

"The hotel is extremely well situated in the town, colse to bus routes and 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Check-in was quick an straightforward My room was impeccably clean. Although on the ground floor and facing the street there was no noise. The staff were very present, helpful and polite. "

"The only thing missing from this hotel was a refrigerator. There is so much to do around and near the hotel, and it is very convenient to the walkable parts of the city. Good location with metro and gar near enough, and the hotel was nice and clean and well organized. Desk staff can easily speak English but allowed me to check in and out in French so i could practice and were patient and clear which i appreciate. I would stay there again. "

"I prefer firm pillows. I don’t care for mushy pillows. All the pillows on the bed were mushy. I was too tired from my trip to call for a firm one, so I folded 1 pillow in half. It was still mushy."

"Very good large beds. Dogs accepted. Quite a nice cold continental breakfast - a bit limited in cold meats, jams etc but fresh bread and croissants and gorgeous hot chocolate. Kettle is ok but paper cups, paper stirrers and no milk makes it facilities very basic. Great shower and bathroom."

"A very convenient location for accessing the amazing La Citè and also the city centre areas like la Bastide. Lovely view of the castle easy access to local restaurants of a mixed quality. Very compact room but well laid out for functionality. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The spiral staircase may be an issue for some travelers however."

"The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "This is a stunning property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The reality is even more impressive than the photos! Marssac sur Tarn is only a short walk away with three small supermarkets, a bar-restuarant, an excellent butcher, bakeries, and a wine merchant among others. "The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi."

"Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"
