Maison 4 chambres avec jardin et jacuzzi

Completely independent detached house located in the heart of the city of Briançon, in a very quiet environment with mountain views. Garden and jacuzzi welcome you after your hikes. For the parking there is a private driveway in which it is possible to easily park 3 vehicles

A person will take care of your reception and cleaning at the end of your stay. You are in a sporting environment: cycling, mountain biking, downhill cycling, climbing, hiking, mountaineering, white water sports, several swimming pools available in the area including 2 organic pools. But also cultural! Many events and activities take place throughout the summer. You will enjoy.

The 4 bedrooms are upstairs, they are about 12 m².
2 bedrooms with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single bed. All sheets and linen are provided. The beds are made on arrival.
The common room and dining room are on the ground floor, it is 50m².
Outside you have an electric plancha. The garden is closed.And as a bonus, the bluest sky!

Pros: Le positif : Un agréable séjour dans une grande maison bien située dans Briançon, au carrefour de toutes les destinations du coin. Cette maison est bien équipée en ce qui concerne le matériel et ustensile de cuisine. Le salon est grand et agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et les placards bien grands. Le moins bien : Les matelas des chambres ont été le point faible de cette location, car trop mous et placés sur des planches de bois. Le Jaccuzi aurait été mieux apprécié s'il avait été entretenu et révisé avant et entre les locations, problème de fonctionnement et d'équilibre de l'eau. Malgré ses recherches le loueur n'a pas trouvé de professionnel pour intervenir au mois d'Aout.
