Appartement décevant
Grosse déception quant à l'état général de l'appartement : terrasse laissée à l'abandon, salles de bains en mauvais état, cuisine vintage avec un frigo qui ferme mal, des problèmes de peinture dans une chambre. Je trouve que cela me correspond pas à des normes de location. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le ménage n'avait pas été fait et le propriétaire avait omis de laisser le bip du parking. Merci à la personne de l'agence Charlemagne pour sa réactivité. C'est dommage car la localisation est top, la disposition des lieux agréable, et le logement bien équipé. Avec des travaux de rénovation, ce serait un lieu de vacances parfait.
