The plush sectional sofa is optimal for cuddling up in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a mug of hot cocoa after a long day on the slopes or a hiking trail. You can whip up a meal in the full kitchen if you want to dine in and enjoy it at the breakfast bar or the adorable picnic-style dining table for six. You can try your luck with one of the provided board games for more family bonding time. Of course, every ski trip needs a sauna and hot tub for defrosting, and this property offers both of these shared amenities. In addition to Brian Head's winter sports offerings, other seasons will uncover the hiking trails, bike paths, and maybe even a bit of fishing in the reservoir. The kids will enjoy letting loose at the community's playground in the warmer months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
