This Brian Head ski-in/ski-out condo is the perfect family-friendly ski haven! When you aren't hitting Navajo's slopes, take advantage of the tubing and sledding locales, as well as the flat areas for impromptu snowball fights. During the warmer months, hike or bike around Brian Head Resort, rent an ATV, or visit a nearby body of water for some fishing. Drive to a nearby national park for a picnic together or go for a scenic hike on one of the region's many trails. Venture about 13 miles and you'll be in Parowan, or go 32 miles to the even larger Cedar City, where you will find ample dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
The Space:
After a day full of adventure, retreat to your newly renovated vacation home. Step inside to find a spacious, light-drenched interior with soaring ceilings and an inviting atmosphere that you're bound to love. Ignite the cozy gas burning stove to chase away the chill and relax on the plush furniture in the living area, enjoying your preferred shows on the expansive smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything from brewing a simple cup of coffee to cooking full meals that guests can savor at the breakfast bar. For a bit of variety, venture out to the deck and grill your dishes to perfection on the gas barbecue while the kids play outdoors.
When the night draws in, a range of sleeping arrangements await. In addition to the main bedroom, there's a loft equipped with a bed, and the children will be thrilled with the bunk beds.
Important Rules for Renters at Snowshoe Village
- The provided pink parking passes must be filled out and displayed on your dash during your
stay at Snowshoe Village.
- Maximum of two vehicles/rented unit.
- Due to our unique property, with a long entry driveway which is steep in certain sections, it is
imperative to be traveling with your vehicle prepared for snow conditions during the winter
months.
- Requirements: 4WD, or
AWD with at least two studded or snow-rated tires and/or steel chains
(not cables). This is required by Utah law. Please be prepared.
- A $100 fine will be assessed for getting stuck without proper equipment as described
above.
