The location was amazing, right next to the ski lifts. The property was not well maintained. Cabinets and closets were unorganized and didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly. The cookware in the kitchen was so old, some of it was unusable, there were pots under the sinks bc of leaks (my husband fixed the leak under the kitchen sink) The linens were balled up and shoved in the closet. The games and puzzles were piled up in a mess and we do old they were falling apart. The only plus to this property was the location.
Arrived to property to find an old, worn, dirty condo. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged and the floor was flooded. Texted rental company and they eventually arrived without tools and told us is was an adjustment on the toilet, and they were surprised because they "had just checked it that morning." The heater fan in the bathroom was not working, and they requested a butter knife to open it and attempt a repair, which was unsuccessful. Hair and makeup on the pillowcases show they weren't even changed from the last guest; old used razor left in the shower, dirty dishes and filthy old worn pots and pans, and the most filthy oven and stove I've ever seen in a vacation rental. Maintainance person said they would refund part of our cleaning charge, but that didn't happen. Knobs broken on heaters in bedrooms making it extremely difficult to turn on/off. Broken tiles on fireplace, old worn carpet, sagging couch and mattress...I could go on and on. The only redeeming quality of this rental is the location near the slopes. Definitely wouldn't return to this rental, even at half the price.
Great location but the unit is in need of maintenance and lacks any pride of ownership!. The heating system is non operational from anyone not familiar with a 20 to 30 year old unit/thermostat. The carpet is old, the couch is old, uncomfortable, lights were out, dishes were old, in disarray and not always clean. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t want to be cooped up in this unit for longer than a couple hours.
The location of this property was very ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo and towels. They had a few games there to play, as well as cards. The hot tub and rec center was not open. That bugged because we weren’t told about it before hand and my kids were looking forward the that. We will for sure go back, but we will look for a top floor rental. The noise above us was terrible and went well into the wee morning hours. Even with the upstairs noise we seriously had the greatest time!! The property manager was easy to work with, the property was great size for our family. It’s a trip we won’t soon forget.

Great location at one of the best resorts in the West
Just walk down the hall and you're 100 yards away from the Giant Steps lift. Everything in working order and the game room/jacuzzi clubhouse is fun. Recommended.

Good location, uncomfortable condo
Pros- updated kitchen, good location, plenty of towels and hot water.
Cons- The master bed and couch were lumpy and uncomfortable. My husband slept on the floor every night we were there.
The hot tub was broken in our building the entire time.

Great ground floor condo with well equipped kitchen
We've been in the Giant Steps condos before and enjoy the quality of the building and the convenience of having the car in the garage. The layout of condo #34 is nice and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use the Jacuzzis on Saturday because they were heavily used and when we consoled ourselves that we could use it on Sunday it was closed for maintenance. It was great to have a wonderful and very responsive management team helping us when we needed it. Thank you!

Wonderful Place
Everything is walking distance all of the shop people in the area are very nice and helpful. The parking garage is a little low, I had to take the snowboards off the rack on our Yukon to fit. Everything you need is provided for cooking, the towels and bedding are nice.
