"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. "There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained.
