This inn was wonderful, loved the hosts, the location, the historically vibe, the quaint breakfasts, the general store nearby, and Breakwater Beach, where you can walk out a mile at low tide to enjoy lots of little sea creatures.

A great taste of the cape
This is a gorgeous inn with gracious hosts and wonderful service. Brewster is a great location that allows easy access to all the lovely little towns of the cape. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and large, with a lot of out door seating areas to relax. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local places to eat and shop, as well as beach options. The daily breakfast was amazing as well. We will be returning for another relaxing stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Manse Inn this past week. The room was very cute and the breakfast options each morning were delicious. The inn's owner was very hospitable and made sure we had what we needed each day, including beach chairs/umbrella/cooler we could borrow for the short walk down to Breakwater Beach. We would highly recommend this inn and would happily stay there again in the future.

We had the best stay at the Old Manse Inn. The Inn keepers are absolutely lovely and just thought of everything. The breakfast in the morning has got to be one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a b&b. Oh and it was so close to the best beach in Brewster and close to shops, restaurants, and a couple of markets. Can’t wait to stay again!

The Old Manse Inn is a beautiful property and quite charming. The gardens are lovely. It is like a quiet oasis. Brian and Charlie go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you book your room until after your stay is over.

Two lovely young "mans" running Old Manse Inn
Homey feel with lovely accomodating hosts, both friendly, fun and informative. They honored our anniversary with balloon and chocolates; so sweet! The Inn is beautiful on a gorgeous lot in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

this place is a little jewel to be discovered. The charming owners are just amazing, always there to help and be ahead of our needs. the breakfasts are just out of this world. Gracious and charming and well worth a stay.
It was extremely clean and tidy. The owners couldn’t be more gracious and helpful, and the staff was excellent. The included breakfast was delicious. There are many places to sit, relax, read, etc. both indoors and outdoors. All in all it was a delightful experience
