This 1 bedroom unit has a full bed in the bedroom and murphy bed in the living area. The balcony boasts a serene golf course view. Close to everything that beautiful, historic Brewster has to offer including beaches, dining, cafes, art, the bike path and more!

The location of this specific property on a golf resort was very good but the unit itself was very stinky. Couches and fabric furniture was stained and smelly. Carpet as well. Even though the unit was smoking free there was a distinct cigarette smoking smell. Bathroom shower tiles has some mold. Bath towels definitely had musky, sour stink. Bedroom carpet very dirty. Needs serious deep cleaning and new sets of bath towels.
