"It would have been nice to have been able to use the elevator. But it was for staff only. Even though i was on the second floor i struggled. They didn't have any on 1st floor. This day was like 106 degrees. So the ac was struggling to cool the room down. I asked if they had a fan I could use. Nope. I had the ac down to 62. Finally kicked in to cool during the night."

"Bed comforter had holes and stains , sheets were stained , precious person still had dirty bars of soap and stuff in shower . Was sticky stuff on bathroom floor. Outlet is hanging out of wall in bathroom. Tv remote wouldn’t work. Our door would t close or latch all the way and had to bolt and put something in front of. There was broken down cars with tarps and trash all over the parking lot and weeds grown up everywhere and there was people being loud all night. So didn’t get much sleep. Would...
