"Very friendly receptionist on check-in. She noticed my wife was not very steady on her feet, so changed our room to an accessible room in an annex on the ground floor. "When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more!
