(Sleeps 13, K,Q,Q,Q,Q,F,tw,tw,crib) Walk on, walk off the slope’s “two miles home" ski trail. A/c Gourmet - cook's kitchen, LV and also a separate family entertainment room on the entry level. 4 bedrooms 3 full & 1 half bath, decks and patio with fire pit and BBQ. Discounted fall rates, or seasonal ski rental. Expansive views of Mt. Washington, so perfect for the on property spa, zip line tours, mountain biking, Frisbee golf, go carting, tennis, hiking and close to several near by golf courses. NH's largest ski Mtn with access to all of the Omni's resort property. Family friendly, with outstanding ski school instruction, snow board, three terrain parks and even dog sled tours.


The Omni resort has numerous other amenities you can access including the Mount Washington Hotel, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating, and indoor rock climbing. Your oasis is located moments away from the base lodge and chairlifts. Ski-in/Ski-out for lunch for the earliest mountain access.

Lovely, well-kept, versatile home for a family gathering. Plenty of spaces for gathering or enjoying a little quiet time. Proximity to the ski area can't be beat and we had fun sledding on the slope out back too!

White Mountain Retreat
The property was very nice! Owner was very responsive to questions about property. Great mountain views. Would love to stay during ski season. Highly recommend for big family or two family stay in White Mountains.

Beauty on the mountainside!
This place was amazing! The view with breakfast was unforgettable. The house was clean and tidy and very well appointed for all our needs, there is even a wine fridge. My children thoroughly enjoyed some sledding and snow time in the cozy backyard area. It is close to lots of outdoor activities and some breathtaking views. We stayed during the eclipse and it could not have been more perfect.

Perfect spot for an extended family visit for Santa’s village (25 min drive). Spacious 3-story layout and ample bathrooms for multi-family stay. Nicer decor than expected for price point, huge great room TV and fireplace. Beautiful snowy slope hike and streams just behind property. A special and memorable choice!

2023 Family Christmas

John is extremely easy to communicate with, quick to respond and helpful. The house itself was clean and smelled fresh. Loads of room for all of what we needed. Honestly, the pictures posted don’t give an adequate sense how lovely the property truly is. I’d be happy to book here for future visits.

Amazing!
This place was perfect, with eight adults we had plenty of space. Three bathrooms made things easy and the gas fire place was great after a long day of skiing. I don't think you could get much closer to the slopes. Well stocked kitchen and large dinning room table was great for all of us to eat at. Hope to be back some day.

Family weekend celebration
We rented the property for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. There were 8 of us so we had plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms are split, two upstairs and two downstairs so it was convenient to split up the families, one up and one down. The house was clean, the location was beautiful the kitchen was well stocked.

Great family getaway
A beautiful, spacious and clean home, perfect for a large family or group. Gorgeous mountain views in a quiet, wooden haven. Less than 30 minutes to Santa’s Village (our destination), and a 5 minute drive to the famous Mount Washington Hotel. The host was responsive and helpful with information, and info about the house was detailed and accurate. The house was well-stocked, including the kitchen (everything you’d ever need). We enjoyed a lovely stay! Would recommend to anyone and hope to go back soon!

Great house, and even better renter.
The house worked great for our family of 12. The area is beautiful, and having access to resort amenities, particularly the pool was a big bonus with the kids. The owner, John was even better quickly addressing a small issue with the door lock, and even refunding a part of our rental for it, even though it wasn't necessary. I didn't ask for it, he just did it, fantastic.

Holidays on the mountain
We stayed at this condo over the holidays (day after Christmas to New Years). The place was clean and very well supplied (extra linens, kitchen stuff, paper towels, etc). Great setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs for adults and 2 bedrooms on the lower floor for kids. Great kitchen/living area for family meals and game time. Ski in/out looked great (just not enough snow at the time for us). Also a super easy drive to the base lodge for skiing. John was very responsive, including getting a plumber to fix the drain on one of the bath tubs. Great stay, would highly recommend .

Truly not your average condo rental
This Luxury Condo is all you want it to be, and more! It is not your average rental. It is well stocked, high end furnished. Loved the holiday decor, and the variety of board games offered. We had everything we wanted at our fingertips. We stayed Jan 3rd to the 6th 2021. Ski in and ski out, would love to stay again.

Awesome condo
Great time celebrating our son’s 13th birthday with friends & family. I caution anyone with mobility issues as there are 2 flights of stairs and a 3rd if you are going to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property. Only downfall was that you could not ski back to the house because the trail was closed.

Long weekend in the White Mountains
Our two children and their young children joined us for a 3 day weekend in the White Mountains. This unit was ideal for this size group (6 adults & 5 children) with plenty of beds and space in general. Since the weather was fantastic we spent much of our time on the patio where we set up a kiddy pool and the fire pit at night. The cleanliness of the unit was amazing and the kitchen was very well equiped. As nice as this was for a summer vacation I can only imagine how great a winter ski weekend would be as there is a trail steps off the back patio!
