"One night stay for a gig in Leeds, the lady on reception was the most welcoming of any staff I’ve ever come across in properties I’ve stayed at . The place was nice and quiet and well presented. It done exactly what was required, the only negative I would say was that the room was very cold and the heater only stopped on for a short period of time but that also could have been myself not knowing how to work it correctly. "We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. "

"This was a decent back up after our original accommodation let us down. Early check in was an extra £10. Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. Overall would stay again for the price. "
