Lovely house with jacuzzi 500m from town center

Rental of a recent wooden house, with flowered, wooded and fully fenced garden of 500m2. 1.8km from the beaches, near the halls, the market, shops (500m) and the sports complex with tennis courts. In Brétignolles-sur-mer, you will also find a sailing school, surf and kite schools, and magnificent beaches.
The 75m2 house is very bright thanks to its bay windows (sun from morning to evening) and is located in a very quiet area.
She owns :

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Top Ausstattung und einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin. Ein toller Garten rundete das Paket ab. Es fehlte an nichts, nur WLAN wäre noch das I-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Maison agréable, bien située, 15 minutes à pied de la plage et des animations. Proche centre. Escalier pour l'etage raide si enfants en bas âge. Extérieur bien clôturé et ombragé, 2 espaces de détente avec un salon de jardin et un espace repas. Il manquerait une terrasse en dur pour les jours où il pleut pour un sechage plus rapide. Propriétaire agréable et disponible.

Une vraie maison de vacances !! Le jardin clos et ombragé par ses arbres fruitiers est idéal pour laisser jouer les enfants en toute liberté et même par temps caniculaire. La maison est originale et très agréable à vivre : lumineuse, bien équipée.... Enfin, la propriétaire est très accueillante.

La maison est conforme à la description, très propre et bien située. Le jardin très agréable (boisé avec des points d'ombres et des endroits au soleil). Nous avons apprécié la proximité du bourg : les petits commerces et le marché des halles à 6mn de la maison. Jardin très agréable, sans vis à vis, très bien clôturé (parfait pour notre chien). La maison est très bien équipée. La plage est à 15mn à pieds. Possibilité d'utiliser les vélos à disposition. Propriétaire très agréable.

Untrustworthy Home Owner
We spent a week in this lovely seaside village and had a pleasant stay in the area. The house is nicely located with satisfactory and simple furnishings.The owner advertises the house with amenities such as free usage of bicycles, which are basically in an unrideable state and not only because of their flat tires. Again, we had a pleasant stay which was overshadowed by nasty interactions with the owner. In short: The owner was not very welcoming and inviting when we arrived at the premises. Rather than being welcomed as a guest, it seemed we were uninvited intruders. Secondly, the owner makes a business out of scamming visitors out of the hefty deposit that she charges by claiming the house has not been left in a tidy state. The funny thing is that her modus operandus was so very obvious from the moment we met that it actually did not come as a surprise. We have rented over 40 homes all over the globe and have never had an experience like this. That said, there is bound to be a rotten apple in the basket someday, and this owner proves the point.
