BORGO PION is a domain of about 60 units, built against the Monte Baldo, and has many different levels. Not a house is the same in shape or color. They are often switched and appearance inspired by the ruins of the 12th century village near Campo.
The domain has a common fence, landscaped gardens and a beautiful swimming pool with changing rooms and showers and a panoramic view over the lake.
It lies just across the road from the Lake Garda, in Castelletto di Brenzone, between Riva and Garda.
HOUSE
The house is spacious, detached and consists of a living / dining room, a large basement with seating area and satellite TV, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three 2-person bedrooms. The property is centrally heated.
GARDEN
The garden is fenced and covers a total of approximately 300 m2, divided into different levels. There are old olive trees and oleanders and quite a lot of stairs and steps (think small children!).
Next to the house is a spacious garden area with garden table / umbrella, overlooking the lake. At various other places, one can sit in sun or shade, as also in the indoor semi-open stone gallery diagonally above the house.

ENVIRONMENT
The travel distance from Utrecht is 1200 km. Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy and a total of about 60 km long. It is surrounded by the foothills of the Dolomites. Castelletto di Brenzone is located about 20 km south of Riva (north point v / h more) against Monte Baldo. In nearby Malcesine (15 min.) A large gondola goes up to 1750 m. Here one summer hiking and winter skiing.
The ridges on both sides of the lake provide what is called a 'micro-climate', which not only olive trees and oleanders, but palms and lemon trees can thrive here.
On this (northern) part of the lake in addition it blows very often and regularly, making the summer good sailing / windsurfing and moreover called something less.
Castelletto di Brenzone is one of several typical old villages along the coast; a small fishing harbor, some restaurants, a few shops. Coincidentally is also a large sailing club. The village is reached by foot along the lake in 10 minutes.
Torri del Benaco and Malcesine are small towns about 15 minutes (car) away. Here it is nice shopping in quaint old shop streets. Again, harbors and terraces.
Garda is a bit touristy. Here, near the lake wider and there is more room for development (and sites). Garda is a lovely town with many shops and restaurants. Here, and along the southern shore of the lake you will find many campsites and holiday parks, but also major theme parks such as Gardaland and Canevaworld.
Verona is one of the most beautiful northern Italian cities, of course, known for its beautiful Roman arena, where all summer famous operas are performed. Incidentally, a beautiful old town with plenty of sights (Juliet's house -which Romeo) and nice shops.
