Gorgeously situated on the shores of Puget Sound, this waterfront home in Bremerton is a place for soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a private beach on Dyes Inlet, three kayaks to take out in the mornings, and beautiful deck furniture to lounge upon each evening under the stars.

This two-story home sits sound-front on the banks of Dyes Inlet, close to the tip of Rocky Point. Bustling downtown Bremerton and the ferry terminal connecting you to Seattle are only four miles away.

The outdoor spaces are exceptional, with a pond greeting you as you step up to the front door. Out back, an open lawn lined with flowers leads you down to the pebbly beach and kayak launch. Wrapping the rear of the house is a deck shaded by mature trees, where you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine alfresco as the sun sets over the Olympic Mountains, and share stories in the warmth of the gas fire table.

Find multiple spaces to relax inside, including a waterfront living room with ample seating, a smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to the deck. Prepare your favorite dinners using the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and spend the evening hours streaming movies and playing board games in the den or living room. Three bedrooms have smart TVs; one is a sound-side primary suite with a gas fireplace and direct deck access.

Beautiful view & peaceful stay
The best thing about this property is definitely outside the property. The view is so beautiful and it was so peaceful to sit and work outside. The back deck is very large and there are plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water & mountains. Access to the beach was very easy. We enjoyed kayaking and looking for shells. It was truly very peaceful. Inside the home is fine. 2 bathrooms are very small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. Some things were a bit dated, but it was clean and a comfortable stay.

Great Stay for Wedding
This home was a great location for our stay. Great access to Ferry and other amenities. The house was a perfect size for our group of 7 adults. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The greatest part was the view of the water and Olympic Mountains. Would stay here again for sure.

Ideal destination for a family reunion
This location is perfect for hosting a family gathering, offering a tranquil setting with beachfront access and breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains. Moreover, it's conveniently situated near various restaurants and shops, with some of them operating 24/7. Additionally, it's just a ferry ride away from Seattle, making it an ideal spot for families with kids who want to come together. We definitely plan to return to this wonderful venue.

Great place for family getogether
Ideal for a family of three household to meet. It’s is close to seattle , just a ferry ride away and also close to the Olympus mountains. The house has great view of the mountains and also beach access. Great for staying short term and for those who love nature. Would be coming back in summer

Great venue for family reunion and kids
This is a great place for 2 families to meet . Our kids had a blast with kayaking , collecting shells from the beach and playing with the water . The low tide and high tide on the water gives a great way for kids to enjoy both water sports and beach activities . Not to say the magnificent view of Olympic mountain and the sunset . I would surely books an annual week here for my family in summer .

Loved the stay
This property offers a breathtaking panoramic view that serves as the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. Despite our last-minute booking and modest expectations, it pleasantly surprised us with outstanding value. Conveniently situated just a short distance from the town, the area also boasts 24-hour stores, with Winco being a standout choice for high-quality refreshments and culinary offerings. Combining waterfront access with a commanding mountain vista is a rare and highly sought-after feature. Moreover, the spacious accommodation comfortably accommodates a family of six, and its competitive pricing only enhanced our overall enjoyment of our stay.

VACATION NOT LONG ENOUGH!
This was a Great house to just relax in! We loved the beach, the back porch, the kayaks, the location. Just wish we could have stayed a few more days! It would have really saved us time if the owner would have had a notebook of common information- like the lock code to access the paddles for the kayaks- it took WAY TO LONG to get this simple information and we missed going out on a beautiful morning, but I really appreciate the owners giving us a credit for the glitch of not having any water for the first few hours of our stay. All in all, Im hoping that we will come back soon!

Danger CO2 smell, filthy, house in bad condition
Bad CO2 smell, other reviews state same thing, house is extremely dirty, house smells like a dog, large dog bed in kitchen, even though listing states no pets, bad garbage smell in house, garage is filled with old garbage bags with rotted trash, windows have no screen, dead bugs everywhere, found moths in beds, towels smell of mildew, had to get our own towels, missing light fixtures with exposed light bulbs, bare wires exposed in living room from ceiling, barbecue is unsanitary, 4 empty propane tanks, construction going on next door air compressor, nail gun, saws, start early in the morning, neighbors don’t like having VRBO next door makes it very uncomfortable, spent the first 2 hrs cleaning the house before we could unpack, had to buy candles due to the awful smell, this house is for sale and clearly the owners don’t do any upkeep. This house should not even been available to rent. However it’s back on the site for rental already With no concern for CO2 smell. We ended up checking out a day early due to family members complaining of headaches from CO2 smell.Beware of this rental!!!

Amazing outdoor spaces
The landscaping, private beach & view were pretty spectacular. We appreciate that it was dog friendly and conveniently located nearby downtown Bremerton & the ferry terminal. The master had some nice features & the beds were comfortable enough. Overall, the house & furnishings were lower quality than the landscaping, though tons of space. What knocked it down to 3 stars was that it didn't seem ready for renting out yet -- it wasn't fully cleaned after painting & other work, dust in the newly assembled dressers, assembly paperwork & extra screws left out, brand new dishes but they weren't clean, etc. Having to do a lot of wiping down & cleaning was not what we hoped for a long weekend getaway. Assuming they address this issue, think it would be a consistent 4 or 5 star home.

Looks are Deceiving
This property looks nothing like the photos. I thought we’d be able to sit on a ledge and enjoy the water. The kids would be able to swim and enjoy the sun. Nope, not at all…the water was dirty, no ledge to sit on and no where to swim. I have a daughter that has an emotional support dog and I asked if we could bring the dog. We have a letter from her doctor that says she needs her dog. We were denied and I tried explaining the situation and still were denied. When we arrived at the house there was a dog bed and bowl. Go figure…also the neighbors dog runs all over the property. Things need to be renewed…towels, dish towels and games. Also, a list of need to knows would be good. How to work the stove, convection oven anything helpful to people staying there. Extra supplies if needed toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags would also be good to have on hand. Having 10 people staying there you these supplies without having to run to the store. So, if your staying there be sure to take everything you need.

GUEST BEWARE! Unsafe and dirty
Though we loved the location the house has some major issues. First impressions: This house is the dirtiest house we have ever stayed in. Stains, dust, and dirt on walls, base boards, window sills, head board, dirt in cabinets, etc. The deck was covered in bird poop and had a broken spa with sitting water on it. Trash, socks tools and toys scattered in bushes and walkways around the house. The garage is full of trash and the door separating the garage and house is all glass - you see it all. After some time we see bigger issues throughout the house. Half the house slopes down toward the deck and then you see the deck supports are broken. The deck gives and moves a you walk on it. There was smells of gas and the CO2 and Smoke det. were removed and in the closet. Wires hanging loose from ceiling, receptacle plates missing, cables hanging everywhere. 3 of the kayaks they offer had holes and took on water. Feels like a bad flip house that was rented out. We reached out to Vrbo/Vacasa and no one wants the pictures or seems concerned. They credited us the clean fee (early in the stay) w/o us asking and now they say that they have remedied the situation. They preemptively credit us and now all further issues are null? Seems shady. I would love to go more into detail of the issues and experience with Vacasa; however, there is a character limit. This place has the potential to be a great stay. Its just a shame when you feel you got the bait and switch and have no recourse.

Perfect waterfront escape
A Perfect Waterfront Escape with Friends I recently had the pleasure of spending a weekend at a beautiful waterfront property with friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The stunning views of the water were nothing short of breathtaking. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Seattle, allowing us to explore the city while still enjoying the tranquility of our waterfront retreat. We spent our days lounging by the water, swimming, and kayaking, taking full advantage of the easy water access. The property also had ample space for games and barbecues, making it the perfect spot for quality time together. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with friends that combines stunning views, water access, and proximity to the vibrant city of Seattle, this is the place to be!

Unforgettable weekend getaway
We had an unforgettable weekend getaway at this stunning waterfront property just a short ferry ride from Seattle. The location was truly unbelievable – it felt like we were worlds away from the city, yet it was so close and accessible. The property is beautifully situated by the water, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Our kids had an absolute blast with the kayaks provided, spending hours exploring the calm waters right in front of the property. It was so convenient and safe, allowing us as parents to unwind and relax while they enjoyed their adventures. The house itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved sitting out on the deck, soaking in the views while enjoying the tranquility. This property is a hidden gem for families looking to escape the hustle of the city without going too far. The combination of water activities for the kids and a serene environment for the adults made it the perfect weekend retreat. Highly recommend

Beautiful waterfront retreat
This past weekend, we stayed at a beautiful waterfront retreat just outside of Seattle, and it was the perfect family getaway. The temperature was in the high 60s, which made for comfortable, crisp fall weather—ideal for spending time outdoors with the kids and grandkids. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our deck overlooked both the water and the nearby mountains, offering a serene setting for relaxing and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Every morning, we bundled up in light sweaters, sipping coffee as we watched the kids run around and play by the shore. The cool, refreshing air made our afternoon kayaking adventures even more enjoyable. The water was calm, and the gentle breeze kept us cool as we paddled along the shoreline, admiring the natural beauty around us. The grandkids loved every second of it! The best part, without a doubt, was the evening sunsets. We gathered on the deck each night to watch the sky transform into a stunning canvas of oranges, pinks, and purples as the sun set behind the mountains. It was a perfect, peaceful way to end each day, surrounded by family in such a beautiful setting. The combination of great weather, scenic views, and quality family time made this a weekend to remember, and we can’t wait to return for another visit.

Can’t wait to return
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful waterfront property, and it was an amazing experience for our entire family. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains and direct access to a picturesque saltwater sound. Watching the tides shift between high and low was a unique and calming experience that added to the charm of our stay. The property was perfect for our family gathering, offering plenty of space for everyone, including the kids, who had a great time exploring the beach, especially during low tide when they could discover shells and small sea creatures. The home was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, soaking in the mountain views, and sharing meals together. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a family getaway, combining the natural beauty of the saltwater sound with all the comforts of home. We can’t wait to return!

The peaceful surroundings, combined with the serene water views, made for such a tranquil experience. It’s also ideal for family gatherings — plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together, whether we were lounging by the water, grilling, or exploring the nearby trails. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature

Rocky point garden
The house setting was exquisite, water view and access, looking west toward sunsets and mountains. Nice to have kayaks and life jackets, perfect weather for us. At times very hot and could have used more fans , an air conditioning unit in upper bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and fine. Master bedroom with view was so wonderful and elaborate bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower with three faucets : great. We had family of twelve and all enjoyed our stay. The water feature pond at the entrance was a fine place to sit by and relax. The full front deck was great for family gathering. Lower lawn lovely. Stairs to the beach were difficult for elderly, but kids did fine. All and all a great place for our family. Easy access to town 15 min away, snd ferry dock.

Great Place, But…
Overall we really enjoyed this home and the layout. It is in a beautiful location and we felt very safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is very spacious, we had seven adults and 4 babies and we didn’t feel crowded. My only complains about this house is the cleanliness. The first night we were there everyone’s feet were black from the floors, the beds felts like they had sand in them, there were dead gnats everywhere and very dusty in places. I would recommend blackout curtains in the bedrooms because they got extremely hot with the afternoon sun. Overall, it was a great home!!

I've visited this beachfront house on Puget Sound twice now, and each time has been incredible. The view of the Olympic Mountains is absolutely majestic, providing a stunning backdrop to the entire experience. The house itself was beautifully maintained, and the large windows offer perfect views of the scenery. With direct beach access, it was easy to enjoy kayaking, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.
