"The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars."

"Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. "We had the opportunity to stay the weekend of the opening of the new Waterfront Walk. We had such great weather and great views. So convenient to walk out the front walkway right to the waterfront. Just steps away from Pike Market and the cruise terminal. We will definitely book this location again. Thank you!!!!"
