"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"I stayed at this property 1.5 years ago and it was nice, so I booked again. Unfortunately this time I was deeply disappointed. I arrived on a Sunday at 11:40 am and nobody was at the reception, with a notice on the door that reception is closed from 12 to 3. The cleaning lady seemed unable to help with opening the luggage storage. "Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Westfalia. From the outside it doesn't look anything special but inside it was a pleasant surprise. Situated right opposite the Becks Brewery, there is a tram and bus stop right outside to get you to the City Centre or Airport. It's only about ten minutes on the tram or bus to the City Centre Attactions. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English.
