Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende in der Wohnung. Sie liegt klasse und man erreicht das Zentrum in ca 15-20 min zu Fuß oder man steigt direkt in die Straßenbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurant und Bars sind direkt nebenan. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir waren zu Dritt - das passte mit der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer auch super. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip nach Bremen!

Bremen Erkundung
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung liegt relativ zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren jedoch mit dem Auto da. Parkplatz immer recht schnell gefunden. Alles in allem gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungsfähig; leider kein Fernseher im Wohnzimmer- Code funktioniert nicht und deshalb auch kein Radio/Musik möglich. Im Schlafzimmer funktioniert der Fernseher/Musik auch nicht- die Fernbedienung ist verklebt… In der Küche fehlt ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen. Sonst super Lage, tolle Wohnung.

Saubere und gepflehte Wohnung in zentraler Lage ! Die Beschreibung der Wohnung hat zu 100% gepasst. Vermieter war direkt per Handy für Auskünfte erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gute FeWo für ein paar Tage in Bremen
Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr, um als Paar oder auch mit drei Personen mehrere Tage in Bremen zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre erzeugt. Für reine Selbstversorger sollte erwähnt werden, dass keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Bei entsprechenden Temperaturen ist der Innenhofbalkon ist ein nettes Plätzchen, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Tramlinie vor der Haustür fährt direkt in die Innenstadt, die auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar ist. Fußläufig sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Eine Hochwertige Ferienwohnung
Die Gegend ist international und vielleicht nicht die schönsten. Einiges im Objekt muss bzw. so hat es den Anschein wird noch renoviert (Eingangsbereich) aber die Wohnung an sich ist in einem Top Zustand und sehr stilvoll wie auch hochwertig eingerichtet. Wie andere beschrieben ist das Haus sehr hellhörig aber es hält sich dennoch in Grenzen hatte kein Problem damit. Zumal dort auch Menschen dauerhaft wohnen und es deren Zuhause ist. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort und wie Zuhause. Dank an den Vermieter. Zur Umgebung Penny Markt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, Restaurants und Imbisse für den schnellen Hunger keine Fünf Minuten entfernt genauso wie der Anschluss an den ÖPNV man kann aber so wie ich auch problemlos zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen ca. 20 min. Fazit kann diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen

Tolles Appartement in der Neustadt
Das App. liegt im 2.OG und ist für den Straßenlärm sehr gut isoliert. Wir haben weder Straßenbahn noch Autoverkehr gehört. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Mietern drüber, denn hier ist die Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig. Ich hoffe die Mieter unter uns haben nicht allzusehr über uns geflucht. 😅WLAN war super und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Penny ist in 1 Min. fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch haben wir immer einen Parkplatz ergattert, wenn auch in einer der Nebenstraßen. App. kann ich sehr gut empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung - jedoch von uns nur zur Übernachtung genutzt
Renovierte, modern ausgestattete Altbauwohnung. Für 3 Personen ist Übernachtung in Doppelzimmer und auf Schlafcouch im WZ kein Problem. Für 4 Personen mussten wir etwas improvisieren. Ein weiteres Bettlaken für die Couch wäre gut. Die Ausstattung auch in der Küche, sah komplett aus, wurde von uns jedoch nicht genutzt. Wir waren ganztägig nur auf Städtetour. Die Nähe zur Touristenattraktion "Schlachte" war vorteilhaft. PKW Parkplatz in Wohnungsnähe muss man sich suchen. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir bestens unterwegs und auf Wunsch liess es sich auch im Keller unterstellen und ggf. aufladen. Der Vermieter stellte Kontakt per Handynachricht her und bot bei Fragen direkt Hilfe an. Bremen und diese Wohnung kann ich empfehlen. Gruss von Franz S.

Die Wohnung ist schön, der Stadtteil zentral! Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn oben drüber hörte man die ganze Nacht.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung
Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Allem was man braucht. Die Lage in der Bremer Neustadt ist gut, das Zentrum schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung hat ein wenig gestört.

Neujahr in Bremen
Wir hatten einen schönen Silvesteraufenthalt in Bremen. Die Wohnung ist wie angegeben gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist die Umgebung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Nähe zur Stadt ist wunderbar, aber das doch erhöhte Müllaufkommen trübt den Weg etwas, aber man kann in dem ruhigen gut renovierten Haus einen guten Aufenthalt haben im Gesamten.
