"I fell in love with the setting, the location and the building when I saw the images. This was my very first time visiting Brittany and I had very high hopes and expectations and was not disappointed at all. The place is enchanting amd the view from the kitchen window is mesmerising. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."

Also one of the rooms had double bed with a single bed, another had double and a sofa bed. Had the rooms been listed as such it would have allowed us to plan sleeping arrangements in advance. The village of Plouha is nearby and has a wonderful bakery and fish shop as well as coffee shops and other food shops. There are several walks and attractive beaches nearby. Our host was very welcoming. The cottage was stylishly decorated and well organised. The washing machine and wood burner were a bonus. We highly recommend this cottage and host."

"House was clean and in a lovely quiet area. However, we would highly recommend owners updated their beds which were very uncomfortable. Also, as a courtesy, perhaps basic toiletries, I.e. Toilet rolls, liquid soap and washing powder be made available. We travelled from Australia & for obvious reasons did not pack linen (for bed) nor towels which generally are standard. We would not recommend this property. Also, contract was sent in French and could not be translated. A simple agree/disagree...

"Really lovely place, lovely heated pool, very clean and spacious, great that bed linen and towels were provided, fantastic base to explore brittany. Local town (5 minute drive) had a good selection of food shops, great sunday market. Beach was 2 minute walk and it was beautiful. Michel the owner was great, really good communication before we arrived and so friendly. Would definitely recommend."

"We spent a magical week on ile de Brehat in this lovely house with a private garden. It was a great location and Denis and Anne were extremely helpful as hosts. We had a wonderful time cycling around the island discovering the beaches, and will try to return. A great house in a great location."

Our room was clean spacious and very comfortable and the residence was perfectly situated near to the beach and the lively restaurants and cafes adjacent to le Trestrao beach. We are now P&V converts after this and our stay near Binibeca Vell in Menorca. Will definitely stay again. "
