 Our cozy apartment for 2 persons with about 94sqm located in the beautiful district of Breisach, in Oberrimsingen overlooking the TUNIBERG. It is located in a quiet, well-kept apartment building on the 2nd floor. Surrounded by a wine-growing region, surrounded by Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, this winegrowing town is ideal for cycling tours and hikes on Tuniberg and the nearby Kaiserstuhl. Bicycles can be rented in Breisach. The nearby Baggersee and the Waldfreibad in Breisach invite you to go swimming in summer. Various companies offer cruises on the Rhine. In winter, trails and ski slopes in the nearby Black Forest can be reached in a short time. Freiburg and Hausberg Schauinsland are 16-20km, Alsace 10km and Switzerland 50km. The Baden cuisine, excellent wines, seasonal asparagus, taverns, wine festivals, grape harvest with New Sweet toTie cake and walnuts invite as well as the cultural scenes in the nearby Mulhouse or Colmar (Alsace), Basel (Switzerland) and Freiburg. In our Dreiländereck you get everything you need. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a balcony and a parking space directly at the house. The living room has a couch and two armchairs with coffee table as well as Internet and WLAN connection and a flat screen TV. Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Es funktioniert alles und es ist sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Erst klassische Unterkunft 🛌. Fast wie zu Hause 📯
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im oberen Bereich des Hauses. Der Zugang Erfolg über eine Treppe. Es handelt sich um eine drei Raum Wohnung, einschließlich Bad mit separater Dusche 🚿. WC liegt gleich daneben. Die Küche ist ein kleiner Tanz palast. Hier ist alles vorhanden was man braucht für Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Alle Räume sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Bis zum Bäcker (Metzger) sind es nur wenige Schritte. Hier gibt es was zu essen für jeder Mann 👨. Getränke gibt es bei REWE einen Ort vorher in Munzingen. Wenn die Zeit wird kommt rufen wir an. DANKE für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut gelegen um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Entspannte Mutter-Tochter-Tage
Meine erwachsene Tochter und ich verbrachten einige entspannte Tage bei Familie Rohleder im Haus Karin. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küche sensationell gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und andere mitgebrachte Sachen. Im Wohnzimmer fanden wir viele Spiele und Bücher vor, sodass man es sich auch an regnerischen Tagen gemütlich machen kann. Der kleine Balkon ist definitiv ein Plus! Schön auch, dass selbst die Dachfenster über Rollläden verfügen. Die Lage ist ruhig. Auch wenn die Wohnung in einem recht kleinen Dorf liegt (ein Ortsteil von Breisach, aber einige Autominuten von dort entfernt gelegen), ist man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell in Breisach und Freiburg. Bei Anmeldung erhält man eine Karte, mit der man sämtliche Busse, Straßenbahnen etc. kostenlos nutzen kann! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Nachbarort bzw. bei einem Metzger direkt um die Ecke, der auch Backwaren anbietet. Fazit: Wir kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank an Familie Rohleder!
