"The gite had all We needed for a comfortable stay. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of local amenities. Absolutely fabulous hosts."

"La Maison des Greves is a lovely property, ideal for either a relaxing break or as the focal point for visiting the many historic sites which the area has to offer. The large garden was perfectly suited to our plan to unwind for a fortnight, and the fact that it is shared with the gite next door was not a problem. "The property was Ok but the bedrooms let it down. Neither bedroom had any storage space, just a hanging rail on which to hang trousers and shirts. No drawer space whatsoever, which means living out of a suitcase for a week. The ground floor bedroom was very small which means the suitcases were on the floor and presented a trip hazard. The shower was good but the washroom and the toilets were very small. The kitchen had all you could require and very modern. Just one sofa for 4 people was too...

"We had a lovely stay in this chalet cottage.... Beach is a short stroll away but if using the car there are generally plenty of places to park......Easy access to places of interest such as Mont St Michel and the Normandy landing beaches...... We really enjoyed our time here."

"The check in/ check out procedure was made super simple but a very easy to communicate with host. Bar, restaurant, shop and fuel station are all a short walk away. Highly recommended place to stay!!"

"Gite is more modern than the pictures suggest. Nicely done. We enjoyed the games room. Kitchen was fine (plenty of pans). Lovely area - Carolles beach was just perfect for us."

"We really like this gite. Peaceful location, perfect for relaxation and local area is pretty with lots of nice villages and scenic drives. The weather is unpredictable, so an upgrade to the indoor seating would be nice for more comfort on rainy days. Overall, it's great!"

"Very nice property, comfortable beds and furniture. Brought our own bedding and towels, didn’t expect to have to supply shower mat and tea towels. Nice outdoor private space but NO Spa tub as described in inline listing. We arrived early and Florence kindly let us in. Don’t depend onGPS to find the accommodation."

"When we found the house on the vrbo site, it appeared to be just what we wanted: the reviews from people who had previously stayed at the house were mostly positive, with just one expressing disappointment.
