"The Loox was a great experience. Easy check-in and check- out. Very centrally located in the lower town and easy walking distance to the upper town. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Zagreb. "

"This is a great hotel and the staff are lovely! Trying to access the lobby for check in was difficult with the streetcars and traffic out in front…very intimidating for foreigners. Once the parking is located, it is easy and safe to get to the hotel and to your room. Directions to the underground parking should be emphasized. "
