"The quality of the property, particularly the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, is a bit shabby - feels more like a 'Home of Multiple Occupancy' than a holiday cottage. The big living space is great, though, ideal for the ten adults and 2 children in our group. "Perfect house for get together with large bedrooms 5 of which are en-suite and many with single beds which makes for great flexibility depending on the make up of your group. Large group spaces in kitchen and living room with a great conservatory too. Also on direct bus route to Derby and area. Everything a large group could want. "I've stayed here for a couple of years in a row whilst attending a conference. The property is very comfortable and in a super quiet location with wonderful views over farmland. The only thing I'd say is there's one breakfast bowl but obviously a very minor gripe lol:)"
