Fully private, separate and cosy house with roof terras. On the ground floor there’s a bedroom with boxspring double bed (can be separated), smart tv (Netflix subscription included), washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer and a 4-burner induction hob. Also an airconditioner (split-unit) dining table with 4 chairs, a cosy living with a couch and 50” SmartTV (Netflix subscription included) and a loft (folding Vlizo) ladder to your private roof terrace is on the first floor. The roofterras is provided with furniture (6 chairs and 2 tables), nebulizer (cooling in the summer), electric sunscreen, patio heater and the terras can be lit at night. The house has fast WiFi (250mbit). In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account.

Compact and well designed for city living
A little smaller than pictures had led us to believe but my wife and I very much enjoyed staying in this homely place for a week. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the oven and hob worked well. We enjoyed the roof top terrace when the weather was fine (though a heater and a rain cover suggest it could be used more often that we did), and there’s even a BT speaker if you want to play your music through that. It’s very convenient if you want to be in close to the heart of the city, and shops are all around, including a food supermarket. Nice to have a washing machine included, and a laundrette is only a five minute walk away. Parking works well, it’s about half a mile away but feeding the meter at 9am is an active way to start the day. Stijn is a great host, he quickly resolves any issues and is a very good communicator.

Ein Wochenende in Breda bei herrlichem Sonnenschein und lebendiger Stadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, perfekte Unterkunft. Wir hatten Spaß, besser geht`s nicht.
