"Brilliant location on the outskirts of Solingen, nice and close to other nearby Rhineland cities and beautiful attractions such as Schloss Burg. The house was huge with a lot to offer and very comfortable. The cleanliness was to be questioned a little as we noticed a lot of out of date food and drink items in the kitchen still in the cupboards, but aside from that the house itself was fantastic, with great communication from the owners."

"A unique architect designed house close to town and country in a very attractive location. Immaculately clean, spacious interior, three showers and two toilets. Beautiful terrace to enjoy in the sunshine. Welcoming and non intrusive owner, who runs the adjacent stunning flower nursery. Used as family accommodation for wedding in Dortmund. Good communications."

Allerdings sollte man im Haus selbst mehrere kleine Reparaturen vornehmen (Fenster lassen sich schlecht öffnen, Türen schleifen tlws. an den Böden). Die Dusche im Bad ist lebensgefährlich! Hier müssten Anti-Rutsch-Matten eingebracht werden! "

"The room allocated was front facing the building unfortunately even with the windows closed does not drown out the outside noise. The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor.
