Inside your mountain-view condo, you’ll find upscale finishes and furnishings at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in your sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or watch TV. A private balcony creates easy access to fresh alpine air.

After fun-filled days on the slopes, head to Main Street for apres-ski drinks. In warmer months, walk to hiking and biking trailheads, and make sure to explore the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve. Close to everything
Great spot. On the backside of the building so it's pretty quiet. Short walk to town- walked with my kids frequently to stores and restaurants. No ac but the windows open kept things comfortable. The apartment was nice and clean as well. Would stay again

Great unit. Underground parking. Walkable distance to slopes. Valet ski storage. Unit looked recently updated. Appliance and washer/dryer all worked nicely. The robes were a plus when heading to the complex hot tub!

Wonderful location and nice to have parking garage - loved Breck and ability to visit other close towns by bike or car - our unit was very musty and dusty - we had to have windows open and ceiling and tower fans going most of the time - den tv wasn’t working and called for assistance but no one followed up

The condo was nice overall
The condo is comfortable and nicely appointed with everything you need for a good stay including a washer/dryer and kitchen equipment/dishes. It’s a short walk to the Quicksilver ski lift and the Maggie, and short walk to restaurants downtown. You really won’t need a vehicle during your stay, but if you have a car the heated parking garage is nice. There’s a free shuttle you can take to the grocery store or other places in town if you don’t want to walk. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is they failed to clean the unit prior to our checkin so we had to change linens and wash dishes etc from the previous guests. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

Comfort and quiet in a gorgeous town
This place was comfortable, surprisingly quiet, and larger than expected! I was a little concerned about no a/c in August (I HATE heat), but the ceiling fans and open windows kept us comfortable. The location is fantastic! It looked farther away on the map, but it's actually a very short walk to the main street with all the shops and cafes. The unit is part of a beautiful complex with lots of trees and flowers. Check-in was quick and easy. They gave us key cards and directions where to park. The parking garage is located under ground and has an elevator that took us to the second floor. It was very easy to get our bags upstairs. If you want to leave on foot, take the elevator to the first floor. The unit has soft lighting, a nice balcony with a table and chairs, comfy seating, and lots of kitchen amenities (even a blender)! We didn't cook, but it has everything you need to make a meal. Each bedroom has a bathroom either en suite or right next door. The primary bath has a hairdryer and there are two terry robes in the primary closet. They also have excellent tower fans in the primary closet if needed. Beds were very comfortable. The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above. Our 6'1" son fit just fine. This place really felt like a hotel rather than a traditional vacation rental. We're so glad we chose Water House and this unit in particular. It was a great home away from home!
