Your family and friends will get their fill of Colorado sunshine and mountain views in this updated condo with whimsical ski lodge themes throughout. The condo has a convenient location just across the street from the shuttle to the ski lifts, next to the hot tub, and is a short walk to Main Street. An open, spacious floor plan includes a living room with a gas fireplace, a sectional sofa, and an extendable dining table that has plenty of room for meals and puzzles! Comfortable, new seating is perfect for looking out to the mountain views, playing a board game, or watching one of the 50+ provided movies on the 60' TV. Couples traveling together will appreciate the availability of two primary bedrooms with the second bedroom having XL beds that can be combined into a larger bed (with appropriate bedding) and separate nightstands. The bright kitchen features granite countertops, a new glass cooktop, and a big breakfast bar. The primary suite has a TV and a private balcony. Extra features include humidifiers, black-out curtains, an electric kettle, a crockpot, a blender, a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, and a brand-new front-loading washer/dryer.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
