This lavish cabin-style home is the ideal retreat for your next mountain vacation. This home boasts large windows exposing the breathtaking view of Quandary Peak. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen will have you ready to whip up any recipe you could imagine. The foosball table in the loft will have the kids (and some adults) entertained for hours while the grown-ups gather by the gas fire and share their ski stories from the day.

Eight miles north, you can immerse yourself in the unique culture of Downtown Breckenridge- supplying endless dining, spirits, and entertainment. Drive south for Hoosier Pass' unbelievable sights, stop to experience the magic of Montgomery Reservoir, then find yourself enthralled in historic Alma and Fairplay. You will feel the stress melt away while you relax in your woodland paradise, with the convenience of town, just up the road.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stay in Breck
View was great, house in general good. Location was good for what we wanted to do. However, custom service from the management team was poor. They were not helpful when needing expected daily cleaning supplies. We ended up having to buy the supplies on our own. There was nothing to wash dishes with or wipe counter tops down, 2 dish washer pods for a 4 night stay. House was mostly clean, floors were dirty and windows not clean. Linens seem worn, pillows were terrible. The plastic bed protector was super hot and uncomfortable.

Great Views, About it.
The general rental process, the physical house and location were fine. The house only has 2 1/2 baths, not 3 and the refrigerator broke so we lost a lot of meat we brought for the trip. Emily our Vacasa contact was great at first, brought us a mini fridge and ice. She sent her pal Al to check the fridge and he called a repair company to come out on Wednesday. After he left we were basically ghosted and no further contact. I have a text from Emily saying she’d help cover the cost of the meat that was ruined but doubt that’ll happen since she already ghosted us. You can tell the owners don’t care about the renters or house. The toaster doesn’t work and the toaster oven smokes. The grill they leave the renters is about to fall apart when they have a very nice pellet grill chained up in the garage. There were cobwebs hanging from light fixtures and the sliding glass door security system was a branch from a tree. We’ve been coming to the area on our annual trip for over 10 years and guess we’re lucky this is the first bad experience. Lesson learned, no more Vacasa or anything owned by last name Kobza.
